Hey everybody!
We have some important announcements to make today:
First, we decided that Luke will be the last game we will develop.
The main reason which lead us to the decision of stopping game development is the decreasing amount of web-games players, which in turn makes it very hard to produce free games.
We find it to be very symbolic that our last game is a remake of our first game. You’ll all be able to see the big difference between these two games, and see how much we’ve learned and achieved with time.
On the bright side, we might still develop a new game from time to time, and until then, we will turn this website into a blog dedicate for cookie recipes from all around the world.
You are welcome to suggest a new name for our blog in the comments below.
So wear your apron and head to the kitchen, today we ark making…
Turkish Delight cookies
Ingredients:
200 gr. Cold butter
100 gr. Sour cream
3 cups all-purpose flour.
1 pack Turkish delight
Cut the butter into small cubes and put them inside a food processor, together with the cream and flour.
Turn on your food processor and after 2-3 minutes the dough is ready.
Wrap the dough with a plastic wrap and put it in your fridge for an hour.
While you’re waiting, you can cut the Turkish delight into small cubes (about 1/2″x1/4″x1/4″)
An hour later and now is the time to get your dough out of the fridge and slice it into six equal triangles.
Each time you’re working on one individual slice of these six, place the rest of the slices back in the fridge.
Roll out each slice of dough and divide it into twenty smaller equal triangles.
Place a slice of turkish delight at the wide section of each of the twenty small triangles.
Now it’s time to roll each triangle, alltogether you should have a total of 120 rolls (6×20). Bake for 20 minutes in a preheated oven, 340°F (170°C).
When the cookies are ready give them some time to chill, and then you can coat them with sugar powder.
That is all, we hope you’ve enjoyed the first post of our new blog…
Oh, and by the way, HAPPY APRIL FOOLS DAY!!! Muhaha!
Make sure to visit us tomorrow! We’ll release Luke and the day after that we will share with you our work plan for April.
Have a great day!
